Pallet Height Reference

Plastic pallets are commonly manufactured from HDPE or PP using injection-molding or blow-molding processes. Material availability should be confirmed for the selected pallet model and application.

Common dimensions include 1200 × 800 mm, 1200 × 1000 mm, 1200 × 1200 mm, 1100 × 1100 mm and 1219 × 1016 mm. Other sizes are available, but not every dimension is compatible with every pallet structure or load rating.

Available structures include nine-leg, three-runner, perimeter-base and double-sided pallets. The correct structure depends on the handling equipment, storage method, load requirements and whether the pallet will be used in a racking system.

Dynamic load applies while the pallet is lifted or moved. Static load applies when the pallet remains on a level floor. Rack load applies when the pallet is supported by a racking system. These ratings should not be used interchangeably.

Selected three-runner pallets can be configured with steel reinforcement for racking applications. The pallet structure, steel-tube configuration, rack span, support conditions and load distribution must be confirmed before use.
